What is the minimum group size required for a tour package to be feasible?
The minimum group size required for us to offer the package is ten tour participants.

Will international airfare be covered?
International airfare has not been factored into the tour package’s cost.

Does the overall tour package’s charge include entry fees to tourist locations, museums and heritage sites?
Yes, it includes entry fees to tourist sites, museums and palace as part of the overall tour package cost.

Will the students have access to the internet and telephone?
Students will have unlimited access to the web at the hotels and places of stay. Further, students will also be provided with a local sim on request, at an additional cost for making calls.

Will local transport be covered?
All transportation including airport transfers and local transport is provided for by Immersion India – included as part of the overall tour package cost.

How do I enroll and register?
Our courses are structured and delivered based on course and faculty requirements. If you are a student, please share the information to your faculty  or study abroad office to undertake the courses. If you are a faculty or a staff at the study abroad office please send us an email to virtual@immersionindia.com or select the topics from the website and click on learn more.

Any minimum batch size required to undertake the program?
No minimum batch size requirement.

Accommodation & Food:

What type of accommodation can we expect?
All accommodation will be at leading 3 or 4-star hotels. Standard room accommodation will typically be for double occupancy. In case a single occupancy is preferred, additional charges for the same will be applicable.

If at all, what are the extra expenditures that can be drawn up against an individuals hotel billing?
Personal preferences/requirements, like – Laundry, extra meals, in-room dining, use of Spa, Business Centre and Tips, will be billed as additional amounts.

Will all meals be provided during this tour?
The standard tour package includes breakfast, lunch and dinner. However, any extra food that you may order will be an additional amount.
Alternatively, we also have a Breakfast & Lunch only option – where Dinner is not possible because of an expedition.

Safety & Precautions:

Is India a safe country?
For its size, India has a very low crime rate and is a safe country. However, as with any international travel, please be aware of your surroundings. Albeit, make sure your purse is secure, and wallets are in sealed pockets.

What are the safety precautions ensured on this tour?

• Travel insurance covers all tour participants for the duration of their stay in India.
• Local transportation will be on air-conditioned coaches provided by a government recognised travel agency.
• The tour group will be accompanied by three responsible professionals: A local guide, security guard and a tour coordinator.

Booking & Pricing:

How do I make a booking with Immersion India?
You can make a booking by filling in our prescribed “booking form”, that is available on our website. Our representative will then contact you and walk you through the tour schedule and incorporate any customisation you may require. On confirmation of your specifics on this tour schedule, you will receive a correlated price estimate. Further, your booking will then be duly confirmed once you pay a specified advance towards the Booking Fee.

What is the payment schedule and cancellation policy?

• Booking Fee : At the time of making the booking — No Refund.
• First Payment : 60 days before arrival — 75% Refund if cancelled 25 days in advance.
• Final Payment : 10 days before arrival — No Refund.
